Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ScribbleCam ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

ScribbleCam is a mobile application that transforms photos into childlike drawing art using various artistic filters and effects, including sketch, painting, cartoon, outline, comic, and pencil styles. The app allows users to upload photos, apply filters, preview results, and save or share their creations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ScribbleCam. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian to ensure they understand and agree to them.

User Content

You retain full ownership of any photos and images you upload to ScribbleCam. By using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of applying the artistic effects you select. This license terminates immediately once the effect has been generated.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos you upload, including obtaining consent from individuals depicted in the images where required.
• You may not use ScribbleCam to process images that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Images you create using ScribbleCam from your own original photos are yours to use freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable Use

When using ScribbleCam, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
• Use the app to create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or the servers and networks connected to it.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the app.
• Upload images containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

Intellectual Property

ScribbleCam and all of its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding are owned by ScribbleCam and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• The ScribbleCam name, logo, and visual identity.
• The artistic filters, effects, and algorithms used within the app.
• The user interface design and layout.
• All text, graphics, and other materials provided within the app.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

ScribbleCam may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions for premium features and art styles. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• All sales are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's Settings app under your Apple ID.
• Prices may change with notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ScribbleCam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be available at all times or operate without interruption.
• The results of any artistic effect will meet your specific expectations.
• Any errors or defects in the app will be corrected.
• The app will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScribbleCam and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ScribbleCam at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. You may also stop using the app and delete it from your device at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which ScribbleCam operates.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. Your continued use of ScribbleCam after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
